To request a return you must fill in the appropriate form in the reserved area within 14 days from the delivery date: My Account - Returns - Request New Returns; indicating the reason of the return and attaching photographs of the item you wish to send back.
Return requests arriving after the indicated date will not be taken into consideration.
Once the request has been processed and approved by our organization, the fabric must be sent by courier at our expense, in case of quality issues.
One of our operators will send you the code of the shipping agent to be used together with the shipping documents. Please return the goods carefully packed and possibly in the packaging they originally came in.
It is not possible to return goods that have already been cut or sewn.
