If you received the automatic message stating that the order was picked up by the courier, it means that goods have left our facilities and are in transit towards the address you selected.
The message notyfing you that the order has been picked up by the courier, is followed by a message containing the information to track the shipment. To be updated on delivery status, simply connect to the chosen courier site and enter the tracking number in the tracking service page.

If you have not received the tracking number, you can always find it in "My Account" -> "My Orders"; for each order, the tracking number is shown in the "Track Order" column of the summary table.
If the tracking number is not present, contact an operator at Support.
