Since the processing process is automated, once the order is confirmed the processing phases cannot be interrupted or modified.
1. Add an item: it is not possible to add other items to the order once the payment is confirmed; to order new items, you will need to send a new order.
2. Remove one of the ordered items: once the payment is completed, it is not possible to remove one or more items. If less than 10 minutes have gone by, the only possibility is to request the cancellation of the order and then proceed to execute an order from E-Shop again. If more than 10 minutes have passed, it is no longer possible to intervene and you will have to open a return request (see the dedicated Returns section).
3. Cancel an order: To cancel an order, the support team can intervene only in the 10 minutes following the confirmation, otherwise you will have to proceed with a return request once the goods have been received, if your request is approved we will indicate the return address (see the section about Returns).
